Shipping :

All the orders are dispatched within 2-3 days from the date of order placement on subject to availability. Once the order is dispatched the order status is changed to “shipped” and the same can be tracked by simply clocking on the “Track” option in my orders section.

Transit duration of orders depends upon how far is your location from our warehouse dispatching the material. Average delivery time is 2-3 working days for delivery to pincodes serviceable by our courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart).

If a customer Pincode is not serviceable by our logistics partners , the same will be informed to you and cancellation, refund shall be processed.

All the orders above Rs.2500 are shipped without any transit charges, For orders below 2500 the following shipping charge rate is applicable

Cities including Kolkata and Visakhapatnam : 100/-
Other regions except North eastern regions : 150/-
North-Eastern Regions : 200/-

Cancellation :
Our cancellation, returns and refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Orders once placed on dentomart.com can only be cancelled while the order status is “processing” . To request for cancellation of the order , you have to send a mail to drobacmedicare@gmail.com. The refund shall be done as per refund policy given below.

Returns :

Products can only be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please drop a mail to drobacmedicare@gmail.com mentioning the order id, and Products you would like to return. We shall arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours of the request email. No extra charges are levied on cancellation of orders.

Your product will be checked for the following conditions after received to us:

Unused ProductThe product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning any product.
Undamaged ProductThe product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged PackagingProduct’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the customer to us.

Liquids products are non-returnable (ex. sanitizer, sodium hypochlorite)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the customer to us.

In certain cases where the manufacturer is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refunds will be given in the same manner the payment was received. If the order was prepaid, refund will be done in the bank account and if the order was cash on delivery, refund will be in the Dentomart account (coupon form).

Refund Policy

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It might take an additional 2-3 business days (might take 7-10 days in some cases) for the amount to reflect in your account.
